This AGT OEM has an excellent reputation through business development since 1987. The Company produces high quality medical devices at least cost in China for export to overseas.
The Company has been the first Hong Kong based medical manufacturing company obtaining ISO9000, EN46000 and the CE Mark (Directive 93/42/EEC) in all at one time. All medical products are manufactured in compliance with US Food and Drug Administration's Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standard and Quality System Regulation (QSR). We have our own 510K numbers and are CE marked for all of its products. Also the Company is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration and in Hong Kong.
The Company consists of one headquarter office in Hong Kong with two manufacturing facilities in China. Under development is an expansion plan of 38,000 meters for 2005. There are sales & service representative offices in Europe and United States of America. The Medical Division has a total trained workforce of 600 people with plans to grow to 1000.
The two manufacturing operations are located in Southern China and are 1.5 hours from Hong Kong. One assembly clean room is rated at class 10K in compliance to ISO and CGMP standard. Two assembly clean rooms are Class 100k with a third class 100k on the way. The facility also offers a class 100k injection molding clean room running all electric presses.
